榛子醬創意早餐食譜系列(一) nutella Egg

材料:
蛋1隻、什菜80克、小蕃茄3個、甘筍片4塊、薯餅2塊、nutella榛子醬2湯匙

做法:
1)冷水加入半茶匙鹽,下雞蛋,燒熱水後轉細火,約八分鐘後熄火,將蛋放涼後去殼,將蛋黃取出後,用凍滾水將蛋白洗淨,然後用廚用紙抹去蛋白表面的水份備用.

2)將其他材料平均置於碟中,然後放上蛋白,最後將nutella榛子醬置於蛋白內即成.

小貼士
1)烚蛋時水中加入鹽份,可減低雞蛋於烹煮過程中,爆裂時蛋白外濺.
2)取出的蛋黃可加入薯蓉及牛油拌勻食用.
